Ingredients

1/4 cup silken tofu

1/2 cup unsweetened regular or vanilla Almond Milk

2 tbsp ground flaxseeds

1/2 cup fresh or frozen non citrus fruit such as cherries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, peaches, pears or frozen bananas

Optional: 1 tbsp of almond butter or 1/4 cup of soaked nuts

IceĀ 

2-4 oz of filtered water to desired consistency
