Ingredients

2 scoops rice protein powder (preferably Arbonne brand)

2 tbsp ground flaxseeds

6-8 oz filtered water or unsweetened regular or vanilla Almond Milk

1/2 cup frozen or fresh organic fruit such as cherries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, peaches, pears, or frozen bananas

Ice (optional)

1 tbsp nut butter or 1/4 cup nuts soaked overnight, such as almonds, walnuts, pecans or any combination of these (optional) 

*Try adding a handful of raw spinach, kale, carrots, or broccoli to your shake- if you have a decent blender, you will not even taste it!

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend
